This event is sanctioned by the Chili Appreciation Society International, Inc. The divisions for the cook-off are
red chili, salsa & people’s choice. Additional prizes will be awarded for showmanship.

Cooking chili is not your thing, then You be the Judge!

This event features a People’s Choice contest where anyone can pay $5 and
get to taste-test the chili of all participating chili teams!
